The above video is a tribute to the unbridled glee I felt as Rebecca and I agreed to finally go out and try a lil' restaurant called Pigsty - can you guess what their signature cuisine is? The meal was a total triumph too, got some award winning sausages atop the best mash potato I've ever had, plus some tasty gravy and a few bits of crackling for good measure. I left feeling a bit piggy and a bit full, but I could've eaten it all over again.
