Spanish Meetings and Omelettes

Meetings were on the cards for me first thing this morning. I met up with the Spanish contingency to discuss the arrangements for the upcoming Youth for Europe meeting and so far so good. We took a trip to Piles to see the hostle we're all staying in for a bit of the week and its pretty damn amazing there, we are on a beach there which is really special. After all the formalities, I helped my host cook a Spanish omelette and considering I've never really made one before it came out really well!
