Bread Week

Rushed home from work so I could start proving my dough. It was Bread Week on Bake Off so we prepped some tasty breads to eat while watching. I ended up doing another ring loaf, but I mixed in some walnuts and cranberries, turned out tasting exactly like Christmas - I'll be having that for lunch next week that's for sure. Louis rocked up with a focaccia which he knocked out the park, really tasty treat that was. Our little Bake Off viewing sessions are a real highlight of the week now, something for me to look forward too after a long day at the cafe.
