Boxing Day 2018

Most of today was spent in the car heading to and from our Uncle and Auntie's house to meet up with the other half of the family. After eating nothing but gravy-soaked meats recently, they dished up a dinner that really hit the spot in the form of a nice curry! Not a traditional Boxing Day dinner but I was so ready to dig into something with a bit of spice. I got gifted even more items for my ever-growing Christmas hamper: more coffer, chocolate and hot sauces to take home with me - 2019 is looking like the year where I finally invite chilli sauce into my life as a permanent resident.
