'All I need is rest' were the words dancing on my lips as I sat in bed, enjoying my first proper lie-in for nearly three weeks. With my sleep dept paid in full I strived to make the most of my day off by writing another news article for Sick Critic and by settling back into a good game. I'm currently playing Castlevania: Symphony of the Night which is perhaps the most famous game I'd never played until today, be it a book, album, film or game, it always feels good to finally check out something with pedigree.
The blisters on my hand are healing very neatly too, got a bulbous one on my pinky but aside from that I'm all good now. Can go to work tomorrow without fear of harming myself.
