Considering I've made tiramisu a handful of time you would have thought I'd have mastered it by now, if anything, the one I made this morning turned out to be the worst batch I've made yet. For whatever reason, the creamy layer wouldn't coagulate or set like its supposed to, instead my tiramisu was so wet you could use it to waterboard someone in Guantanamo Bay. Fortunately, the flavour wasn't torture to endure but once sugar, liqueur and mascarpone are all mixed together its pretty hard for it not to taste great. Better luck next time.
Mum popped down to Bristol to see Louis and I, we've got a house viewing tomorrow and Mum is chopping at the bit to come see it with us - we've got high hopes for this one.
