I'm a Prickly Pear

Got thrown into a high alert situation first thing this morning, the details of which are boring because it turned out to be a false alarm, but I never quite settled into a neat working rhythm afterwards. I was mostly updating spreadsheets and writing up my petty cash form, tasks I can normally zone out into but I just felt antsy. It's the worst kind of prickly attitude I developed, sometimes you want to be grumpy and stew in it a while, today I just was that way and I'd do anything to come out of it. I'll bounce back tomorrow no doubt.
