Our sofa proved to be the final hurdle in our mass furniture exodus from the living room. Rebecca drew up a fan plan on how we'd move it into our dining room and it all seemed very feesable... We just forgot to account for the sofa's feet. Two chocs of wood held in by 4 screws wasall that stood between us and happiness and for love, nor money could we get those screws to budge. We'll have to ask the builders nicely for a favour tomorrow and cross our fingers and toes that it'll go one the feet are off - here's hoping.
Despite the sofa drama we did manage to carve out a good chuck if our afternoon towards being sociable. Rachel popped over so we could all see the statue of Colston that got torn down last year. He's currently sitting in a tasteful exhibit at the M Shed. Though that's their big thing at the moment we toured the rest of the halls and I remembered why it was such a renowned museum. Its just a well curated space with plenty to learn about, always local and always interesting. I cooked us all a roast and a dessert in the evening, Louis joined us too as a little break from working on his video game - very much looking forward to trying his latest build once it's ready.
