A moment of silence for our ugly garden...
It's gone now, replaced once and for all by the construction team who gutted the garden waste in literally 15 minutes, then paved it over with zero fuss. I keep catching myself doing a double take when I look out the window now - the sight of our garden is totally unfamiliar, but exhilarating. It looks so much bigger now, and we'll never have to fear trampling in hidden cat poo ever again. All told, we're chuffed with the improvement. It'll accommodate loads more people now and it's already got me buzzing about BBQ'ing again.
