A Late Christmas Bonus

Can't remember the last time I started work so late. Had the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely wake up/breakfast, I seldom get a chance to properly relish in a morning routine with Rebecca too so it was a welcome change of pace. A team meeting followed after work and it was the usual stuff, sell more seasonal coffee, make sure the paperwork is up to date etc. There was talks of doing another board game night and I'd be well up for that. We left the meeting to enjoy a big old roast dinner thanks to our Christmas bonus, had a beef and Yorkshire meal at a nearby gastro pub, plus a few stouts. I'm training the new guy how to do opens at the crack of dawn tomorrow, with any luck I won't feel too worse for wear.
