Armed with some power tools on loan from Mark, I strode out into our garden to construct our shed. It's been sat in plastic wrap for the past few months, so first I had to brush off the spider-infested casing before liberating the wood from within. I started off tenderly making screw divots, and gingerly picking up boards, half an hour in I didn't give a damn about the neighbours and let the drill rip. Stubborn screws and crude instructions tried to impeed me, but a few hours later, a handsome lil' shed stood before me. Minus the roof, the sun was starting to set so I'll do that bit tomorrow. But I can rest easy knowing the lion's share is done on my very own spider hotel.
