Had my first babka today from the Sunday market. 'life it pretty good' I remember thinking to myself taking another bite while sipping on an iced Americano from an independent coffee place. Somehow it only got better after I made dinner tonight and it turned out even better than usual. Then Rebecca made an apple crumble with fruit from the garden. Then we watched All That Jazz - a film that I'm kicking myself for not watching sooner because it was dynamite.
Best of all though... No Sunday Scaries because I'm not working the Bank Holiday Monday. One more day to do it all again.
