Repeated yesterday's trick and watched a film before work then never quite got my head fully into my work. Most Fridays have chatterings of 'what are you doing this weekend?' which are usually pleasant to hear about. This week however everyone knew what the answer was: work. In a twisted monkey paw wish come true the unions have introduced an inflated day rate for Bank Holidays (yay) but that means we just make up a five day week by doings the following Saturday with no extra pay (boo). At least it's becoming a shorter day and I'll get to spend the morning at home... Maybe another movie before work?
