Back in the city we went out for another ice cream (yes we are monsters) and headed up a building creatively named 'The Skyscraper'. There's a small bar at the top where you can enjoy an actually modestly priced drink while enjoying a birdseye view of Ljubljana. Props to Rebecca for finding that treat, we arrived in the early evening and saw the city transition from day to night from on-high. Can't get enough of this place.

Interrailling Day 13 - Lake Bled
Tripped out of Ljubljana and into Lake Bled, one of the prettiest places on this good Earth. Basically, you have a huge prefect blue lake, a tiny island which a chapel in the centre of the water and snowcapped mountains all the way around you - its kinda like the front of an Alpen cereal box in real life. We took the ferry boat into the middle of the lake and it felt like living in Moomin Valley since it was so idyllic.
