Well Jelly

Got stuck back into the folds of coffee after multiple days off all back to back and I once again discovered that the hot weather pushes people far, far away from cafes.It's the first time in ages that I remember closing the shop and getting out all within 10 minutes, everything was ready to go once the clock struck 5pm. Good thing too, had to get back home to whip up a big old batch of rainbow jelly for a birthday party I'm going to tomorrow. It's 90's/nostalgia themed so I thought I could make a huge vat of a childhood favourite.
