Swing by the dentist once again for another check up on my braces and another round of IPR. That's where they get an abrasive strip and run in between your teeth, almost like dental floss if it were sandpaper which the goal of shaving off 0.01mm of a tooth. It was hell the first time round and not much nicer today as I bled a fair bit after the dentist went down to the gumline, assuring he was thorough. The upshot is I won't have to do that now for another 3 months, I just have to let my trays do the heavy lifting. Speaking of which, I put my next set in today and once again I'm feeling the pressure on my everything. It's uncomfortable but before I know it it'll be second nature and then it'll be time to repeat the process all over again. I'm probably about 10% of the way through the treatment (if all goes to plan) all I gotta do is muscle it out for a bit longer.
