Interim Days

 Took a chill pill and set no alarm this morning, it's still the Christmas holidays afterall. We had some time to kill before hitting the road once again so Rebecca and I dove head first into some board games, time and time again she beat me every single round. I play games for the thrill of possibly winning, plus a bit of the social aspect, but going up against Rebecca's mighty brain left me feeling truly defeated. Back in Newbury tonight as the holidays and the year begins to draw to a close. These interim days go by so quickly, deep down we never want them to end.
