Our unit base was situated on a working farm with their own cheese making premises so I naturally had to buy a little souvenir to enjoy. I walked a small cut of cheese back to the truck and told my team I couldn't wait to tuck into some 'weekend cheese'. A term which got me on the receiving end for a real roasting. I just meant a little treat to enjoy over Saturday and Sunday - Rebecca and I are humbl folks like that and a small wedge of cheese is something to get legitimately excited about. Haters gonna hate though, I can't wait for some cheese, biscuits and port.
