Yesterday's run took it out on me, I pushed myself a little harder than I had planned and it was indeed a bit too much. I was knackered before bedtime, but that didn't translate into a deeper or a more restful sleep - I woke up feeling the same. As a result, my muscles weren't 100%, nor was my energy levels so I spent the whole work day counting down the minutes before I could go home. I found myself in a bit of a bad mood overall, but took the evening off to ensure I got a change to recharge my social battery. Deep down, I just want to read my book and continue through my current game. I already feel much better now, hopefully the new day comes with a renewed attitude.
