The tiramisu was warmly received by my coworkers and the birthday boy. We even stuck little candles in the top as we sung to him which was cute. I was asked to cut the pudding into portions and my worst nightmare manifested: I cut into it and it was what my mother would call 'Tirami-gloop'! The mascapone later hadn't set and started pooling like thick cream/thin custard. The saving grace was the fact it was still blooming delicious, if you treated it like slightly melted iced cream with some coffee flavored sponge to mop it up with it was actually a good time. Just a far cry from what I hoped to deliver. That said, I think it was all nearly gone by the time I checked in by the end of the day - it still found it's audience! Though it is your quintessential staff room kitchette - leaves anything in there and it'll be gone by the end of play.
