Faffing Fete

Mum has spent the past few weeks desperately trying to wrangle a parish fete and she called in the Calvary to come and help set it up. By that I mean, stroll in a bit too late to help put a marque up, shimmy a few chairs, carry on table, wrap up a bit of bunting then drink some tea. Somehow we were still considered amoung some of the more helpful volunteers.

Joking aside though it was nice to help out on something that Mum had clearly put a lot of thought into. We left Newbury shortly after lunch and the niggling weekend blue hit the second we pulled out of the driveway. I'm back to night shooting hours for the rest of this week, gradually returning to some sembelence of normality a bit later on. Here we go...
