Good news first. My cat killed the intruding moth. All I had to do was remove the carcass from the carpet by virtue of a carrier bag.
Less good news, I slightly failed at the whole sleeping in to counteract the night hours thing. I also misread my call times gently so I could have spent even longer in bed if I wanted. No matter though because I felt surprisingly awake and happy across the day. I was given some good little on set jobs to do and actually had a chair today. 3am finish is still a bit of a killer, no doubt I'm gonna crash out hard as soon as I get home but for now I'm doing ok.
Plus I have sleep mask now, so I should get some good kip.
