Met my new-new boss today for the first day on the job and we already get on extremely well. I on boarded a new style of working pretty quickly and legitimately offered them plenty of help in the day-to-day which in itself felt rewarding. The only thing looming over us was the sudden cold turn the weather took, a stark reminder that Winter is indeed coming, and it will surely hinder us going into our final block. I'll be digging out my wooly hat and gloves sooner than I had expected...
