With Rebecca still out of the country I continued to full embrace the spooky season and almost exclusively engaged in horror media. Got through two cult horror films, Jacob's Ladder and Videodrome, the former being a legitimately engaging watch and the latter being a special effects fever dream. They've both been on my watchlist for donkey's years so it was great to finally 'man up' and dive into them. Perfect Vermin was the game I got around to playing, a free, micro indie title about smashing up an office space with a hammer. It ultimately turns into a loose metaphor for chemotherapy and how terminal illness erodes us from the inside - great stuff for a Sunday morning anyhow.
Welcome to the blog written by Theo Durrant, graduate of Bournemouth University and an all-round good chap. Keep up to date with his day-to-day ramblings and follow the latest news from Cafe Studios team.
