Though my parents have been married for longer than I've been alive, it was only today that I saw their wedding photo album. Seeing everyone look so young was a treat, especially my grandparents. Rachel commented how there was a certain magic to pawing through old photographs and I felt that moreso than usual today.
For Mum and Dad's 30th wedding anniversary we celebrated with a pub lunch at one of their favorite locals - it was so nice to have one more big meal with everyone that's important to me before filming starts up. I drove back this evening to Hartland and I'm just prepping my mental checklist for tomorrow. Final day of prep tomorrow, one more big push and then we're off to the races.
