Happy Feet

Don't know why we were so busy at work today, guess its that funny period between Christmas and New Year were people are milling about, you would have thought people would have the decency to do that at home. At least I got to put my new work shoes through their paces and they are a total life saver. A college moaned about how their feet were hurting just as we finished and I just smiled a knowing smile as I though about my happy little toes tucked into a new shoe. Today also technically marks my last working day for 2018 since I'm not on shift again until New Year's Day, I got some small plans in between though so I won't be twiddling my thumbs too much.
