The singular worst headache greeted me when I woke up, it matured later on in the morning and basically left me bed-ridden for an hour. Never experienced anything like that before, Rebecca reckons I slept too deeply so maybe I just need to start getting up early again. Next week will sort me out if that's the case, especially if I'm commuting to Cardiff.
