A critical mission was handed to me first thing today: source a florist and get a bouquet ready within 90 minutes. Closest place didn't open for an hour and was a 30 minute drive away, I pre-ordered a batch and hoofed it the whole way there and got back in the nick of time. Popped the flowers inside our cast members trailer just as the stepped onto our unit base - she was none the wiser. After that I was doing the usual stuff, deep down we were all thinking about quitting time. We've designated Thursdays as 'Thirsty Thursdays' where we can all go meet up after work and have a natter about the week. Good for the soul, we all need a chance to let our hair down after 12 hour working days.
