Burns Night 2022

In honour of Burns Night I whipped some cream with honey and whiskey, added some toasted oats and raspberries to make Cranachan. It doesn't get anymore Scottish than that. We spent the evening with Louis and Rachel for the classic haggis with neeps and tatties. Rachel always says it's her favourite night of the year and with good wine and company it's easy to see why.
