Back 2 Wales

Started the day off well with some of the fluffiest pancakes I've ever made and with bellies full of batter, we headed off to Wales for another roadtrip with friends. We hit up another large castle at Chepstow which was beautiful and made our way down to Hay on Wye for peruse the various bookshops - I went along with 3 booksellers so that stop was kinda a given. We had to wrap up tight thought because it was COLD today, just outrageously chilly. Not sure if I'm really looking forward to the next few days, apparently the temperature is about to drop even harder.
