Forgot just how cold it can get in our house this time of year. While I was still working at the cafe I had to get up at some ungodly hour then go eat my breakfast in the walk-in fridge that is our living room before the heating turns on in the mornings. Well, lets just say this morning gave me some deja vu.
In spite of the cold open, the day went by pretty quick. I had lot of loose ends to tie up and now we should be ready to hit the ground running tomorrow. Despite the latest lockdown we're pushing on for the foreseeable future. I'll be getting up just as early tomorrow, but at least this time I'll be mentally prepared for the chills.
