'Wow, it snowed!' Exclaimed Rebecca as she pulled back the curtains. The glimmer of daylight that poured in through the crack in the window roused me from my slumber, but instead of being grumpy, a flicker of child-like wonder filled my heart. After a quick breakfast, we put on our shoes and gloves and went out to greet the snowy day with a walk around Victoria Park. I have never seen so many snowmen in my life. If looked like everyone who lived near the park all came out with their kids to go tobogganing or to build a snowmen - it was really quite spectacular. I would comfortably estimate there being 50 snowmen dotted around the park, it was almost like a mini art exhibit.
