Actually got given a meaty assignment first thing today. I sat in with the director, art department, costume and makeup while we listened to a historical military advisor tell us all about what soldiers wore, act and behaved like in 1820. I wrote up the minutes for the meeting and converted them into an extended reference guide for other crew members. I've written essays at uni that were shorter than the bulk of my writing today - think I did a good job too, so much so that Production are worried the directors are going to steal me.
