Chopping salads, wrangling lights and brewing mulled wine, it was all hands on deck for the Christmas Eve Party Prep. Rebecca lent a helping hand before heading up to London (her car didn't break down this year so that's a big win already), we sad to see her go but I already hear her folks are enjoying my gifts to them all. The party this evening was initially marred by some late cancellations, but in reality the crowd we got was pretty good - but perhaps we over catered a tad as there's plenty of leftovers. No bother though, we'll put a dent in it tomorrow.
Nothing left to do but wait until Santa turns up to scatter the presents. I forgot to leave out a mince pie and some milk this year... And for a few years running now that I think about it! Hope everyone has a merry Christmas tomorrow!
