Quarantine Work Ethic

The long weekend hasn't slowed down my quarantine work ethic. Wrote a whole feature article from scratch for Sick Critic and sharpened the concept for my upcoming video which I'm hoping will be a bit of a fun one. Totally ballsed up dinner though. My homemade fishcakes normally are a bit 50-50 in their quality and these ones were too wet to hold their shape. So we ate fish flavoured sweet potato mash with some charred breadcrumbs. It actually tasted quite good since I I got the seasoning down pat, but it was a 2/10 effort for presentation.
